About Williams & Brassfield Consultancy
Leadership, Judgment, and Institutional Perspective
Williams & Brassfield Consultancy is an executive advisory firm focused on Graduate and Undergraduate Medical Education as institutional strategy.
We work with hospital and academic leadership when decisions about medical education carry enterprise-level consequences affecting physician workforce stability, financial exposure, accreditation risk, and institutional reputation.
Our role is to bring clarity, alignment, and experienced judgment to those decisions.
Founder & Leadership
Jacqueline Williams, MBA
Williams & Brassfield Consultancy was founded by Jacqueline Williams, MBA, an experienced executive leader in medical education with nearly two decades of institutional experience across Graduate and Undergraduate Medical Education.
Jacqueline brings a rare perspective shaped by having served at every level of GME leadership, culminating in executive responsibility for institutional accreditation, governance, and strategy.
This experience allows her to bridge:
● Operational reality and executive accountability
● Accreditation expectations and financial constraints
● Workforce goals and institutional capacity
Her work is informed by both deep operational fluency and executive-level responsibility.
Why Institutions Engage Williams & Brassfield
Organizations engage Williams & Brassfield when:
● GME decisions must withstand board scrutiny
● Leadership seeks independent, experienced perspective
● Financial, workforce, and accreditation considerations intersect
● The cost of misalignment is high
We are not engaged to manage programs.
We are engaged to advise leadership.
Our Role
Williams & Brassfield does not operate as a vendor, staffing solution, or training provider.
We serve as:
● A strategic advisor to executive leadership
● A thought partner in complex decision-making
● A stabilizing presence during transition and growth
Our work emphasizes governance, alignment, and sustainability over activity and volume.
A Note on Values
Our values are reflected in how we engage:
● We are direct, disciplined, and discreet
● We respect institutional complexity
● We prioritize long-term outcomes over short-term optics
We believe trust is demonstrated through judgment, not statements.
